Depois do merecido descanso, duas etapas de remo com um total de 22 km. O início do percurso foi em Alpendurada, a paragem para almoço na praia de Pedorido e o final da etapa em Melres.

Day 7

After the earned rest, two stages of rowing with a total of 22 km. The start was at Alpendurada, the stop for lunch at Pedorido beach and the end of the stage at Melres.

Este foi o dia do programa com menos km de remo - 21km e com direito a tarde de descanso no belissimo hotel Convento de Alpendurada.

A etapa de remo teve início em Caldas de Aregos e terminou com um almoço em Alpendurada.

Day 6

This day of the program had the less km of rowing - 21km and with time for an afternoon of rest in the beautiful hotel Convento de Alpendurada.

The rowing stage started in Caldas de Aregos and was finished with a lunch at Alpendurada.

Quinto dia do programa com 29 km de remo desde a Régua até Caldas de Aregos. A paragem para almoço foi na praia fluvial de Porto Rei e com direito a uns belos mergulhos no rio Douro.

Day 5

Fifth day of the with 29 km of rowing, from Régua until Caldas de Aregos. The stop for lunch was in the river beach of Porto Rei and there was time for a nice swim in the Douro river.

Quarto dia do programa com 33km de remo que na verdade pareceram 40. O muito vento que se sentiu, principalmente durante a tarde, dificultou bastante o percurso de remo. 

Hoje o percurso teve início no Tua e fim na Régua, com paragem para almoço na Foz do Távora.

Mas no final do dia, de volta ao hotel e a uma maravilhosa prova de Vinho do Porto.

Day4

Fourth day of the program with 33km of rowing that felt like 40. The wind blowing strong, specially in the afternoon, made the rowing stage very hard. 

Today the stage started in Tua and ended in Régua, with stop for lunch at Foz do Távora.

But in the end of day, in the hotel, a great taste of Porto Wine.

Terceiro dia do programa com saída a remar de Freixo do Numão, paragem para almoço em Ferradosa, e final da etapa no Tua.
Dormida e jantar no magnifico Hotel Quinta de S. Placido, em Tabuaço.

Third day of  the program with rowing from Freixo do Numão, stoping for lunch at Ferradosa, and end of the stage at Tua.
Seeping and dinner at the magnificent Hotel Quinta de S. Placido, at Tabuaço.

Segundo dia do programa e primeiro dia de remo, e logo com a etapa mais longa - 46km.
Com início em Barca d'Alva, paragem para almoço no Pocinho e chegada final a Freixo de Numão.

Day 2
Second day of the program and first day of rowing, and with the longest of the stages - 46km.
Starting in Barca d'Alva, stopping for lunch at Pocinho and finishing at Freixo de Numão.

Dia 1
O programa teve início no Porto com uma viagem de Comboio até ao Pocinho seguido de um passeio de barco até Barca d'Alva com direito a almoço.
O dia terminou com um excelente jantar convívio em Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo.
Amanhã bem cedo começa a primeira jornada de remo.

Day 1
The program started in Porto city with a train ride until Pocinho, followed by a boat trip until Barca d'Alva, with lunch on board.
The day ended with a great dinner at Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo.
Tomorrow, early in the morning, starts the first journey of rowing.
