4ºDia /Day/ Jour – PRT – Mondego 2011

Após uma noite muito bem passada em apartamentos de cinco estrelas, e um acordar para uma vista brilhante sobre a barragem da Aguieira. estavamos prontos para a ultima etapa do tour, 12 km de remo desde o hotel até Santa Comba Dão. Seguiu-se o almoço no hotel e os respectivos discursos e despedidas.
Às 15h30 estavamos no autocarro de volta à Figueira da Foz. 

Terminou assim mais um Portugal Rowing Tour. 

Para o ano há mais!!!  

After a night well spent in five-star apartments, and an awakening to a brilliant view over the dam of Aguieira. We were ready for the last stage of the tour, paddle 12 km from the hotel to Santa Comba Dão.
This was followed by lunch at the hotel and then it was time for speeches and farewells.

At 15h30 we were on the bus back to Figueira da Foz . 
Thus ended another Portugal Rowing Tour.

Next year there will be more!

Après une nuit bien dépensé dans cinq-étoiles appartements, et un éveil à une vue magnifique sur le barrage d'Aguieira, nous étions prêts pour la dernière étape de le tour, aviron 12 km de l'hôtel à Santa Comba Dão.
Elle a été suivie par un déjeuner à l'hôtel et il est temps pour les discours et les adieux.

A 15h30 nous étions sur le bus de retour à Figueira da Foz. 
Ainsi se termine un autre Portugal Rowing Tour.

Pour l'année il ya plus!

3ºDia /Day/ Jour – PRT – Mondego 2011

Partimos para Coimbra às 9 horas para uma visita ao Jardim Botânico e à Universidade de Coimbra. Após o almoço, ainda em Coimbra, seguimos em direcção complexo turistico da Visabeira - Montebelo Aguieira Lake Resort.

Às 17h estavamos prontos para a mais longa etapa de remo do tour – 20km, na Barragem da Aguieira.

O dia terminou com um excelente jantar no restaurante O Lampreia.

We start at 9 am with a trip to Coimbra to visit the Botanical Garden and the University of Coimbra. After lunch, still in Coimbra, towards the tourist complex Visabeira - Montebelo Aguieira Lake Resort.

At 17h we were ready for the longest stage of the rowing tour - 20km in Aguieira Dam.

The day ended with an excellent dinner in the restaurant O Lampreia.

Nous commençons à 9 h avec un voyage à Coimbra pour visiter le Jardin botanique et l'Université de Coimbra. Après le déjeuner, toujours à Coimbra, vers le complexe touristique de Visabeira - Montebelo Aguieira Lake Resort.

A 17h nous étions prêts pour la plus longue étape d’aviron de le tour - 20km au barrage Aguieira.

La journée s'est terminée par un excellent dîner dans le restaurant O Lampreia.

2ºDia /Day/ Jour – PRT – Mondego 2011

A manhã começou no centro náutico do Ginásio com uma etapa de remo na Figueira da Foz – volta ao canal. Depois foi tempo de almoçar no modulo 2 do Centro Náutico.

À tarde uma etapa de remo mais longa, com um percurso da Figueira da Foz até Montemor-o-Velho. Seguiu-se uma visita à pista internacional de remo e à vila e ao castelo de Montemor-o-Velho. O dia terminou com um jantar na Quinta do Taipal.

The morning began at the nautical center of Ginásio with rowing at Figueira da Foz - back to the channel. Then it was time for lunch in the second module of the Nautical Center.

In the afternoon, a longer tour, starting at Figueira da Foz until Montemor-o-Velho. This was followed by a visit to the international rowing course and the town and castle of Montemor-o-Velho. The day ended with a dinner at “Quinta do Taipal”.

La matinée a commencé au centre nautique de Ginásio avec une étape d’aviron à Figueira da Foz - retourner à la chaîne. Puis il était temps pour le déjeuner dans le deuxième module du Centre Nautique.

Dans l'après-midi, une étape d’aviron plus grande, avec une tour de Figueira da Foz à Montemor-o-Velho. Elle a été suivie par une visite au cours de l'aviron international et la ville et le chateau de Montemor-o-Velho. La journée s'est terminée par un dîner dans le “Quinta do Taipal”.

Começou esta quinta-feira a IV Edição do Portugal Rowing Tour, este ano no rio Mondego. A primeira etapa foi de convívio, com um jantar entre todos os participantes no Casino Figueira.

Started this thursday the fourth edition of the Portugal Rowing Tour, these year in the Mondego river. The first stage was a dinner party, in the Casino Figueira, with all participants.

Il a commencé le jeudi de la quatrième édition du Portugal Rowing Tour cette année dans le fleuve Mondego. La première étape a été conviviale, avec un dîner pour tous les participants au Casino Figueira.

O Ultimo dia do rowing tour teve lugar em Pedrógão Grande, com um percurso de remo de cerca de 12km na Barragem do Cabril. Para finalizar um almoço de despedida no restaurante do Hotel da Montanha.

The Last day of the rowing tour took place in Pedrógão Grande, with 12km of rowing at the dam of Cabril. To finalize a farewell lunch at the restaurant of the Hotel da Montanha.

Le dernier jour de le rowing tour a eu lieu en Pedrógão Grande, avec une distance d'environ 12km d'aviron au barrage de Cabril. Pour finaliser un déjeuner d'adieu au restaurant de l'Hotel da Montanha.

PRT Zêzere 2010 - Dia / Day / Jour 3

Hoje foi um dia de remo. Logo pela manhã uma tirada de 18km desde o Lago Azul até à localidade de Dornes (Ferreira de Zêzere). À tarde mais um percurso de 12km de Dornes até a Foz de Alge.
Pelo meio ficou um belo almoço e uma visita à histórica Torre Pentagonal em Dornes.
No final do dia uma visita ao Centro de Interpretação Turistico em Pedrógão Grande, seguido de um jantar no restaurante O Penedo.

Today was a day of rowing. In the morning 18km from Blue Lake - Lago Azul to the town of Dornes (Ferreira de Zêzere). In the afternoon over a distance of 12km Dornes to the Foz de Alge.
In between was a nice lunch and a visit to the historic Tower Pentagon - Torre Pentagonal in Dornes.
Later on a visit to the Centro de Interpretação Turistico of Pedrógão Grande, followed by dinner in the restaurant O Penedo.

Aujourd'hui était une journée d'aviron. Dans la matinée, un 18 km tirade de Lago Azul à la ville de Dornes (Ferreira de Zêzere). Dans l'après-midi sur une distance de 12km Dornes à la Foz de Alge.
Entre était un bon déjeuner et une visite à l'historique Tour Pentagone - Torre pentagonal à Dornes.
Fin d'une visite à le Centro de Interpretação Turistico à Pedrógão Grande, suivie d'un dîner dans le restaurant O Penedo.

PRT - ZÊZERE 2010 - Dia/Day/Jour 2

O dia começou cedo, com a saida do hotel às 9 da manhã, com destino a Tomar. Aqui tivemos a oportunidade de visitar o fantástico Convento de Cristo. O almoço teve lugar na Estalagem de S. Iria. À tarde começou o remo, com uma tirada de cerca de 22km, da Barragem de Castelo de Bode até ao Lago Azul. Para terminar o dia um jantar na Sertã, restaurante Ponte Velha.

The day started early, with the exit of the hotel at 9am, destination city of Tomar. Here we had the opportunity to visit the great monastery of Christ - Convento de Cristo. The lunch was held at the Inn of St. Iria - Estalagem de Santa Iria. Afternoon started with about 22km of rowing, from the dam of Castelo de Bode to the Blue Lake - Lago Azul. To end on a dinner at Sertã, restaurant Ponte Velha.

La journée a commencé tôt, avec la sortie de l'hôtel à 9h, à destination de Tomar. Ici, nous avons eu l'occasion de visiter le grand monastère du Christ - Convento de Cristo. Le déjeuner a eu lieu à l'auberge de Saint- Iria - Estalagem de Santa Iria. L'après-midi a débuté l'aviron, avec une tirade environ 22km, le barrage de Castelo de Bode au lac Bleu - Lago Azul. Pour terminer sur un dîner chez Sertã, le restaurant Ponte Velha.

PRT - ZÊZERE 2010 - Dia/Day/Jour 1

Começou esta quinta-feira a 1ª edição do Portugal Rowing Tour - Zêzere 2010, com um primeiro dia foi apenas de convivio. Ao início da tarde os participantes começaram a chegar ao Hotel da Montanha, onde puderam disfrutar da piscina, terminando o dia com um jantar de boas vindas no restaurante Lago Verde, oferecido pela Câmara Municipal de Pedrógão Grande.

Started this Thursday the 1st edition of Portugal Rowing Tour - Zêzere 2010, with there first day being just leisure. By early afternoon the participants began to arrive at the Hotel da Montanha where they could enjoy the pool, finishing the day with a welcome dinner in restaurant Lago Verde, offered by the Municipality of Pedrógão Grande.

En route ce jeudi la 1ère édition du Portugal Rowing Tour - Zêzere 2010, avec une première journée seulement loisir. En début d'après midi les participants ont commencé à arriver à l'Hôtel da Montanha, où ils pourraient profiter de la piscine, pour finir la journée avec un dîner de bienvenue au restaurant Lago Verde, offert par la municipalité du Pedrógão Grande.

1º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 09

Começou esta quinta-feira a II Edição do Mondego Rowing Tour. A primeira etapa foi de convívio, com um jantar entre todos os participantes no Casino Figueira.
Para terminar o dia assistimos a um fantástico concerto da Lúcia Moniz.

Started this thursday the second edition of the Mondego Rowing Tour. The first stage was a dinner party, in the Casino Figueira, with all participants.
To end the day we witnessed a fantastic concert of Lúcia Moniz.

A commencé ce jeudi la deuxième édition du Mondego Rowing Tour. La première étape fut la rencontre avec un souper de tous les participants au Casino Figueira.
Pour mettre fin à la journée, nous avons assisté à un fantastique concert de Lúcia Moniz.

2º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 09

6ª Feira: o dia começou no centro náutico do Ginásio com uma tirada de remo até Montemor-o-Velho. Depois foi tempo de almoçar na Quinta do Taipal, após o qual deslocámo-nos até à Câmara Municipal onde fomos recebidos pelo Presidente.
Seguiu-se uma pequena viagem até Coimbra, onde começámos por visitar o Portugal dos Pequinitos e seguimos para o Mosteiro de Santa Clara A Velha.
É claro que não podiamos acabar o dia sem mais uma etapa de remo e por isso remámos cerca de 10km em Coimbra.
Para terminar o dia uma jantar no Jardim da Manga e um espectáculo de folclore regional.

Friday: The day started at the boathouse from Ginásio with rowing until Montemor-o-Velho. Then it was time for lunch at Quinta do Taipal, after which we went up to the City Hall where we were received by the President.
Followed by a tour to Coimbra, where we started to visit "Portugal dos Pequinitos" and follow to the Monastery of Santa Clara a Velha.
Of course, we could not finish the day without a stage of rowing so we row about 10km in Coimbra.
To end on a dinner at the "Mango Garden" and a show of regional folklore.

Vendredi: La journée a commencé au centre natique de Ginásio avec aviron jusqu'au Montemor-o-Velho. Ensuite, il est temps pour le lunch dans Quinta do Taipal, qui est passé après à l'Hôtel de Ville, où nous avons été reçu par le Président.
Suivie d'une visite à Coimbra, où il a commencé à se rendre au Portugal dos Pequinitos et au Monastère de Santa Clara a Velha.
Bien sûr, nous ne pouvions pas terminer la journée sans une étape de l'aviron , par conséquent nous avons reme 10 km de Coimbra.
Pour terminer sur un dîner au Jardim da Manga et un spectacle de folklore régional.

3º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 09

Sábado: Partimos de Coimbra às 9 horas em direcção à Barragem da Raiva. O espelho de água estava magnifico para os nossos 15km de remo. Após o remo uma pequena viagem de autocarro até Cojâ onde almoçámos num fantástico restaurante junto à praia fluvial - O Lagar do Alva.
Seguiu-se mais uma etapa de remo, desta vez na Barragem das Fronhas. Novamente um plano de água magnifico.
O jantar decorreu na União Recreativa Sarzedense, em Sarzedo - Arganil, servido pelo restaurante O Manjar.
O dia terminou no fantástico complexo turistico da Visabeira - Montebelo Aguieira Lake Resort.

Saturday: We started from Coimbra at 9 am toward the dam of Raiva. The water was great for our 15km from rowing. After rowing a short trip by bus to Cojâ where we had lunch in a fantastic restaurant near the river beach - O lagar do Alva.
This was followed by a stage of rowing, this time in the Dam of Fronhas. Again a magnificent water plan.
The dinner was held in the União Recreativa Sarzedense, in Sarzedo - Arganil, served by the restaurant O Manjar.
The day ended in the fantastic complex of Visabeira - Montebelo Aguieira Lake Resort.

Samedi: Nous avons commencé de Coimbra à 9 heures vers le barrage de Raiva. Le miroir de l'eau est idéal pour nos 15 km de l'aviron. Après d'aviron un court voyage en bus Coja où déjeuner dans un restaurant près de la magnifique plage de rivière - O Lagar do Alva.
Il a été suivi par une étape de l'aviron, cette fois dans le barrage de Fronhas. Encore une fois un magnifique plan d'eau.
Le dîner a eu lieu dans le União Recreativa Sarzedense, dans Sarzedo - Arganil, servis par le restaurant O Manjar.
La journée s'est terminée dans le grand complexe de vacances de Visabeira - Montebelo Aguieira Lake Resort.

4º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 09

Domingo: na noite passada chegámos já um pouco tarde ao resort, pelo que não houve tempo para apreciar o local. Hoje pela manhã podiamos ver o sorriso na cara de todos. Uma noite muito bem passada em apartamentos de cinco estrelas, e um acordar para uma vista brilhante sobre a barragem da Aguieira.
Às 10h foi tempo de ir remar, 18km desde a marina do resort até S. João das Areias. No final houve tempo para um banho no rio.
Seguimos para o almoço, num fantástico restaurante junto ao rio, onde fomos recebidos pelo Vice-Presidente de Santa Comba Dão e pelo Vereador do Turismo.
Depois foi altura dos discursos e despedidas. Às 16h estavamos no autocarro de volta à Figueira da Foz.
Terminou assim mais um Mondego Rowing Tour.
Para o ano há mais!!!

Sunday: last night we arrived a little late to the resort, so there was no time to enjoy the place. This morning we could see the smile in everybody's face. A good night sleep in a five-star apartments, and an awake for a brilliant view over the dam of Aguieira.
At 10am it was time to go row, 18km from the resort's marina to S. João das Areias. At the end there was time for a swim in the river.
Then for lunch, a great restaurant near the river, where we were received by Vice-President of Santa Comba Dão and the Councilor of Tourism.
Then it was time for speeches and farewells. At 16h we were on the bus back to Figueira da Foz.
Thus ended another Mondego Rowing Tour.
Next year there will be more!

Dimanche: la nuit dernière nous avons déjà un peu tard de le Resort, il n'ya donc pas eu le temps de profiter de l'endroit. Ce matin, pourrait voir le sourire sur le visage de tous. Une nuit de sommeil bien dans le appartements de cinq-étoiles, et un avertissement pour une excellente vue sur le barrage de Aguieira.
À 10 heures, il est temps d'aller remer, à 18km de la marina de le Resort pour S. João das Areias. À la fin, il était temps pour un bain dans la rivière.
Puis, pour le déjeuner, un restaurant près de la rivière, où nous avons été reçus par le vice-président de Santa Comba Dão et le conseiller du Tourisme.
Ensuite, il est temps pour les discours et les adieux. A 16h nous étions sur le bus de retour à Figueira da Foz.
Ainsi se termine un autre Mondego Rowing Tour.
Pour l'année il ya plus!

1º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 08

Dia 14 de Agosto, início o Mondego Rowing Tour. Tudo começou com um jantar de boas vindas para todos os participantes.
Um belo convívio de quatro línguas - inglês, francês, espanhol e português.
Um começo auspicioso para este Tour que amanhã visitará Santa Comba Dão e terminará o dia com uma noite de fados em Coimbra.

August 14th, beginning the Mondego Rowing Tour. It started with a welcome dinner for all participants.
A beautiful mix of four languages - English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
An auspicious beginning for this Tour that tomorrow visits Santa Comba Dão and ends the day with an evening of “fado” in Coimbra.

Il a eu, 14 août, le début du Mondego Aviron Tour. Il a commencé par un dîner de bienvenue à tous les participants.
Une belle série de quatre langues - anglais, français, espagnol et portugais.
Un début prometteur pour ce Tour qui, demain, visite Santa Comba Dão et termine la journée par une soirée de fados à Coimbra.

2º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 08

Dia 15 de Agosto, saímos da Figueira da Foz às 9 horas rumo ao primeiro dia de actividades do Mondego Rowing Tour.

Primeiro uma visita guiada à cidade de Santa Comba Dão.

Seguiu-se uma visita à feira de actividades da cidade onde também almoçámos.

De tarde foi altura de ir remar na Barragem da Aguieira. Partida na Ponte Velha de Santa Comba Dão e chegada na Senhora da Ribeira - aproximadamente 16km.

O jantar e a noite foi passada já em Coimbra, onde ainda houve tempo de ouvir um belo fado de Coimbra.

August 15th, we were out of Figueira da Foz at 9am, into the first day of activities of the Mondego Rowing Tour.
First, a tour of the city of Santa Comba Dão.
It was followed by a visit to the fair of city activities, where we also had lunch.
In the afternoon was time to row in Aguieira Dam. Start in the Old Bridge of Santa Comba Dão and arrival in Senhora da Ribeira - approximately 16km.
The dinner was already in Coimbra, where there was still time to listen to beautiful “Fado”.

Aujourd'hui, 15 aout, depart de Figueira da Foz, à 9 heures vers la première journée d'activités du Mondego Aviron Tour.

Commencée par une visite de la ville de Santa Comba Dão. Elle a été suivie par une visite du salon des activités de la ville où nous avons également déjeuné.
L’après-midi le temps était venu d'aller ramer dans le Barrage d’Aguieira. Début au Vieux Pont de Santa Comba Dão et arrivée á Senhora da Ribeira - environ 16 km. Le dîner et la nuit ce sont déroulés déjà à Coimbra, où il a encore été possible d'écouter une chanson de fado de Coimbra.

3º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 08

Sábado, dia 16, o dia começou com remo em Coimbra, um pequeno percurso do parque verde até ao açude.

Seguiu-se uma visita guiada à Universidade de Coimbra.

O almoço foi já em Montemor-o-Velho, onde depois visitámos o Castelo e fomos recebidos na Câmara Municipal. Aqui foi-nos apresentado o projecto de requalificação do Centro de Alto Rendimento.

Seguimos para o rio Mondego onde fizemos o percurso de Montemor-o-Velho até ao Centro Náutico do Ginásio, na Figueira da Foz (cerca de 16km).

A noite terminou com um jantar e um espectáculo no Casino da Figueira.

Saturday, August 16th, the day began with rowing in Coimbra, a small circuit of 6 km.
It was followed by a tour of the University of Coimbra.
The lunch was in Montemor-o-Velho, where later we visited the castle and were received at City Hall by the President. Here we were presented with the draft reclassification of the Nautical Center.
After we went to the river Mondego where we row from Montemor-o-Velho to the Nautical Center of Ginásio, in Figueira da Foz (about 16km).
The night ended with a dinner and a show at the Casino of Figueira.

Samedi, le 16 Août, la journée a commencé avec de l’aviron à Coimbra, un petit circuit du parc vert jusqu’au barrage.

Elle a été suivie par une visite de l'Université de Coimbra.
Le repas a eu lieu á Montemor-o-Velho, où, plus tard, c’est déroulée la visité au château et la réception à l'hôtel de ville. Où nous a été présenté le projet de reclassification du Centre Nautique.
Nous nous sommes ensuite rendus sur le fleuve Mondego où nous avons fait le parcous de Montemor-o-Velho au Centre Nautique du Ginásio, à Figueira da Foz (environ 16 km).
La soirée s'est terminée par un dîner et un spectacle au Casino de Figueira.

4º Dia/Day/Jour - MRT 08

Domingo, 17, ultimo dia do Mondego Rowing Tour.
Percurso de remo na Figueira da Foz, do Centro Náutico do Ginásio até à marina da Gala (S. Pedro) e volta. Poucos kilometros (8km) mas com grande emoção.

Para terminar um almoço no Módulo 2 do Centro Náutico do Ginásio.

Last day of the Tour.
The day started with rowing in Figueira da Foz.
From the Nautical Center of Ginásio to the marina of Gala (south arm of the river) and return. A few kilometers (8km) but with a lot of emotion.
It all ended with a lunch on the Nautical Center of Ginásio.

Dimanche 17, dernier jour du Mondego Aviron Tour.
Parcours d'aviron à Figueira da Foz, du Centre Nautique du Ginásio à la marine de Gala (São Pedro) et retours. Peu de kilomètres (8 km) mais avec une grande émotion.
Pour finir, un déjeuner dans le module 2 du Centre Nautique du Ginásio.
